Client Service Manager

Job Description
The Harbinger Client Service Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining a positive relationship with Harbinger clients (at a day to day level such as a Brand Manager). This includes on-going communication with internal and external teams (client, partners and Harbinger staff) and team integration with other Harbinger groups (planning, program implementation and execution).

The Harbinger Client Service Manager is also responsible for day-to-day account success and leadership, specifically counselling clients and directing internal teams on Influencer Marketing programs, social media strategies and event management.

Preference will be given to candidates who have at least 3-5 years of PR agency client-service experience, preferably CPG experience.
- Counsel clients with the appropriate advice on an ongoing basis.
- Manage and execute influencer marketing strategies.
- Foster strong business relationships with clients including on going updates and annual reviews.
- Identify new opportunities with clients and be savvy enough to initiate the appropriate dialogue with them.
- Attend briefing sessions, develop proposals and make presentations for existing clients and new business prospects.
- Communicate in person and in writing with excellence, clarity and persuasion.
- Manage internal teams to ensure the execution of programs meets or exceeds client expectations.
- Develop briefs for suppliers and partners. Maintain on-going communication with partners and suppliers.
- Ensure account is being managed and maintained according to plan on time and on budget.
- Assess results and merchandise programs and outcomes to clients.
- Manage and direct team members on an ongoing basis and provide input to their performance reviews and personal development plans.
- Lead teams by example, motivating and empowering the team to be successful.
- Provide clients with a solid point of view on influence marketing, social media strategy, content marketing and event management.
